Reen Manor Terms and Conditions

Horse riding is a risk sport, participation therefore holds potential danger.

All rides are approximate timings

Although we take great care to ensure that all of our horses and ponies are safe and reliable horses they are sometimes unpredictable and do not always respond as expected.

We advise all persons participating in any equestrian activity to ensure that they have adequate personal accident insurance.

You must accept any instructions given to you by staff and instructors at Reen Manor, these are given for your safety.

We rely on our customers to provide correct and honest information on their weight, height and riding ability in order for an appropriate assignment of a horse. If this information is inaccurate we reserve the right to refuse the ride. To maintain a high standard of horse welfare each horse has a weight limit therefore we do have some weight restrictions.

Reen Manor also reserve the right to restructure the ride if during our assessment session we assess that you are not the ability you declared whilst booking. No refund will be provided in this instance. Reen Manor endeavour to provide you with an appropriate horse according to the information given.

Bookings are taken on the honesty of riders so that they present no physical impediment or disability that has not been declared and discussed which could prejudice their safety on horseback.

Customers must understand that Reen Manor can refuse you to ride if staff feel it is not appropriate for safety reasons.

Reen Manor will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of personal items during rides or around the yard
